Su cosa ha puntato l’Azienda Agricola Verbena in questo periodo particolare per il mondo del vino?

Nonostante sia stato un periodo difficile per il settore enoico, in azienda non abbiamo mai smesso di lavorare e dovendo rinunciare all’aspetto enoturistico che da sempre ha contraddistinto la bella stagione qui alla Verbena, abbiamo voluto investire il nostro tempo per migliorare la nostra visibilità online.

Abbiamo creato un nuovissimo sito dedicato all’e-commerce, semplice ed intuitivo. In tempo di lockdown e con spostamenti ridotti è essenziale garantire al cliente la possibilità di averci vicini.

Quali sono i punti di forza e i prodotti proposti nel nuovo sito?

Indubbiamente l’aspetto più importante dell’e-commerce sta nel fatto che dà la possibilità a tutti di poter acquistare e ricevere i suoi prodotti comodamente a casa. I nostri prodotti rappresentano il territorio di Montalcino, celebrato in tutto il mondo proprio per il pregio delle sue uve che danno vita al famoso Brunello. Dai nostri vigneti, allevati con cura e lavorati con la maestria di tutta la famiglia nascono vini come il Brunello di Montalcino, il Rosso di Montalcino, il Brunello di Montalcino Le Pope e il Rosso Verbena. Per chi è alla ricerca di prodotti più particolari, sono presenti nella vendita online anche il Vin Santo e la Grappa di Brunello. Invece per gli amanti dell’olio EVO è possibile acquistare uno dei prodotti più di nicchia dell’azienda: l’Olio Extravergine di Oliva della Verbena, prodotto in quantità ridotte per la scarsa resa di nobili qualità di olive quali “Leccino e Frantoiano

What has the Azienda Agricola Verbena focused on in this particular period for the world of wine?

Although it was a difficult time for the wine industry, in the company we never stopped working and having to give up the aspect of wine tourism that has always distinguished the summer season here at Verbena, we wanted to invest our time to improve our online visibility. We have created a new site dedicated to e-commerce, simple and intuitive. In time of lockdown and with reduced displacements it is essential to guarantee the customer the possibility of having us close.

What are the strengths and products proposed in the new site?

Undoubtedly the most important aspect of e-commerce is the fact that it gives everyone the opportunity to buy and receive its products comfortably at home. Our products represent the territory of Montalcino, celebrated all over the world for the quality of its grapes that give life to the famous Brunello. From our vineyards, bred with care and worked with the skill of the whole family, wines such as Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello di Montalcino Le Pope and Rosso Verbena are born. For those who are looking for more specific products, there are also Vin Santo and Grappa di Brunello on sale online. Instead, for EVO oil lovers it is possible to buy one of the most niche products of the company: the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Verbena, produced in small quantities due to the poor yield of noble qualities of olives such as “Leccino” and “Frantoiano”

The Verbena in recent years has also become a welcoming facility, you were able to start again?

Of course, the farmhouse is active. Although the future is on the internet, a means that in recent months has brought people very close, here at the Verbena the welcome is at home and our guests are and always will be welcome. We have followed all the rules to live the stays with us in complete safety and relaxation, always in the company of a good glass of wine from our cellar.
